North Ferriby United complete First XI pre season schedule

North Ferriby United will be the first visitors to the new Bishop Burton Facility for Tuesday nights friendly [kick off 7.30pm] The Evo-Stick Premier League side complete a busy pre season schedule for the first team and promises to be a tough challenge prior to the league opener next Saturday. Manager, Danny McIntyre has always insisted that performances are more important then results and his side go into the game in reasonable form having had high percentages of possession against ncel premier league teams Hall Road and Nostell as well as a recent victory against ncel side Appleby Frodingham. Westella are hoping for a good turn out at their new home ground were the facilities and pitch are known to be as good as anything in the area. Admission £2

performances more important then results…

It is the opinion of the management team Danny McIntyre and Ian Gray, that the performances of the team and individuals is always more important then the results during the pre season schedule; hence the schedule containing teams higher in the football pyramid then the First Team. Firstly ella took on local ncel premier side Hall Road Rangers; a managers meeting of former team mates at Bridlington Town, Northwood and Hall Road themselves. After taking an early lead, missing a penalty and giving away a needless goal, the home side were disappointed to go in level at half time. The second half was always going to be a different story as this was the clubs first pre season friendly, McIntyre was always going to make the changes and there were 9 in total.
